Ten New Startups Join the TotalEnergies On Program to Accelerate the Eenergy Transition

04/24/2024

The TotalEnergies On program is on track! Nearly two years after its inauguration, our accelerator for startups in the electricity and renewables business is welcoming its fourth selection of successful candidates. Even though no two startups are alike, the program's objective remains the same, namely harnessing innovation to drive carbon-free electricity. Read on for an overview of the solutions proposed by the 10 companies selected for this new cohort.

Following a call for applications that attracted 250 candidates between December 2023 and January 2024, 34 startups went before a panel of judges and 10 were chosen to join the fourth edition of the TotalEnergies On program.

These 10 young companies offer solutions covering the entire electricity value chain, including renewable electricity production, energy storage, distributed energy management, trading, sales to end consumers and electric mobility.

This program represents a tremendous opportunity for all the startups selected, such as entrepreneurial support in collaboration with the HEC business school, preferential access to TotalEnergies' teams, experts, infrastructure and customers, a space for trialing their products and/or services within TotalEnergies' businesses, and finally hosting at STATION F, the world's largest startup campus.

In 2023, several startups from previous cohorts were also offered the opportunity of joining TotalEnergies' business units. For example, the Company has acquired four promising startups, i.e. Dsflow, NASH Renewables, Predictive Layer and Time2plug, to accelerate its development in the electricity business.
